Collegamenti – Validità
1. Per essere validi, i contatti devono
riportare come minimo i due progressivi, dato e ricevuto, il Nominativo
completo della stazione collegata
Log
1.
Sono validi i log anche con un solo contatto
2.
I log cartacei, devono essere sempre compilati sugli appositi moduli del
gruppo a secondo del contest a cui si riferiscono, i log non corrispondenti
saranno esclusi dalla classifica ed i collegamenti annullati. I log inviati
devono essere in formato documento e non in formato immagine, nemmeno se
l’immagine è incollata o inserita all’interno di un documento.
3.
I Log compilati manualmente devono essere facilmente leggibili e le
cancellature non devono nascondere quanto scritto in precedenza. Log
illeggibili saranno scartati
4.
I Log elettronici sono accettati solo se provengono dall’apposito programma
del contest a cui fanno riferimento.
5.
I log devono essere inviati entro il periodo definito dal regolamento del
contest, comunque entro e non oltre 30 giorni dalla fine del medesimo. E’
facoltà del contest manager accettare log pervenuti oltre tale data e se possibile
inserirli in classifica.
6.
La conferma di ricezione avviene tramite la pubblicazione su uno o più tra
i siti elencati: www.alfatango.org, www.athq.it, www.1at06.it nell’elenco dei log ricevuti. Se non compaiono entro
breve termine è perché non sono stati ricevuti o vi sono dei problemi di varia
natura. Il contest manager non è obbligato a confermare diversamente l’avvenuta
ricezione dei log.
7.
L’alterazione manuale dei log dopo la fine del contest porta
all’annullamento del medesimo ed all’esclusione della classifica.
8.
Nel caso d’annullamento di un log, tutti i collegamenti presenti verranno
annullati anche ai corrispondenti.
9.
E’ vietato pubblicare il proprio o altrui Log prima di 15 giorni dal
termine dell’invio dei log al contest manager. La trasgressione a tale regola
comporta la squalifica e l’annullamento di tutti i
collegamenti.
10. Log Pervenuti dopo il
periodo stabilito e prima della stesura delle classifiche, saranno ritenuti CheckLog ed inseriti all'ultimo posto
Punteggi
1.
I punti per ogni collegamento e gli eventuali Bonus e/o Award sono
stabiliti nel regolamento di ogni singolo Contest.
Classifiche
1.
Le classifiche, secondo il tipo di contest saranno disponibili in forma
parziale solo dopo la scadenza del periodo per l’invio dei log. Le classifiche
complete verranno pubblicate durante il Meeting Annuale.
2.
Le classifiche saranno rese note con appositi bollettini e/o pubblicate sui
siti di riferimento del gruppo. www.alfatango.org www.athq.it
3.
Una volta pubblicata una classifica non sarà più possibile inserire log che
per qualsiasi motivo sono pervenuti in ritardo.
4.
Modifiche delle classifiche pubblicate, possono avvenire solo in caso di
contestazioni accettate e/o da errori nella stesura della classifica stessa.
Premi &
Premiazioni
1.
I Premi sono decisi per ogni singola manifestazione e fanno parte integrale
del regolamento di ogni singolo Contest.
2.
E’ facoltà della sede, nella persona del Presidente, di modificare il
numero dei premiati ed i premi, secondo il numero dei partecipanti. Nei contest
a carattere locale, cioè non banditi dalla sede centrale, tale facoltà è
lasciata all’organizzazione dell’evento.
3.
In via generale le premiazioni avvengono durante il Meeting Annuale ad
Asti.
4.
I premi non ritirati di persona o tramite altra unità incaricata, non
verranno spediti ma resteranno a disposizione degli interessati in Sede. Sono
possibili accordi particolari per la spedizione a mezzo pacco Postale con spese
a carico del destinatario.
5.
Certificati di partecipazione elettronici potranno essere resi disponibili,
a richiesta, per alcune manifestazioni. La possibilità sarà evidenziata nei
singoli regolamenti.
Log Cartacei, regole per la digitazione
1.
In caso di doppio collegamento con la medesima stazione viene sempre
annullato quello effettuato / inserito per primo
2.
In caso di un progressivo rilasciato doppio, entrambi i collegamenti
vengono annullati.
3.
In mancanza di un progressivo (numero saltato) deve essere inserita una
riga vuota ed annullata
4.
In mancanza del progressivo ricevuto il contatto viene annullato inserendo
una riga vuota ed annullata
5.
In mancanza del Call completo il contatto deve essere annullato inserendo
una riga vuota ed annullata
6.
In caso di un Call sconosciuto il contatto viene inserito con i dati
forniti dal titolare del log, il controllo sulla validità del collegamento sarà
effettuato durante le operazioni di controllo/classifica.
7.
Collegamenti con stazioni non autorizzate saranno annullati.
Comportamenti Anti Etici
Oltre quelli già citati che qui
ripetiamo, sono considerati Comportamenti non congrui o anti Etici le seguenti
situazioni
1. È severamente vietato, l’ autospotting su Cluster od altro mezzo
di comunicazione come Forum, Facebook, YouTube, Chat varie,
ecc. ecc. Tale comportamento Anti Etico può portare all’esclusione
dalla classifica finale.
2. E’ severamente vietato, ad esclusione di Collegamenti
Validità punto 10, richiedere
conferme e/o modifiche ai corrispondenti con qualsiasi mezzo, Email, Skype ecc sia durante
il contest che entro il periodo per l’invio dei Log. Tale comportamento Anti
Etico oltre alla squalifica può portare a provvedimenti disciplinari.
3. È severamente vietato pena la squalifica pubblicare su
Cluster, Facebook,
YouTube, Forum, Chat Varie ecc. ecc. dati
inerenti il Qso effettuato come il Progressivo, anche mascherato in modi vari,
i contatti pubblicati e comprovati saranno annullati.
4. È vietato l’uso di apparecchiature robotizzate di
qualsiasi tipo, così come è vietato l’uso di stazioni Web sia solo riceventi
che ricetrasmittenti. La non osservanza porta alla squalifica ed all’ annullamento
di tutti i Qso.
5.
È
considerato Anti Etico il passaggio
diretto del microfono nella situazione di due o più operatori (A & B) con
stessa radio. In questo caso per non incorrere in un comportamento Anti Etico, l’operatore A finisce il Qso e chiude la
trasmissione, l’operatore B chiama a
sua volta per effettuare il collegamento.
6.
È
considerato altamente Anti Etico
chiamare e mettere a Log collegamenti per un'altra stazione, ad esclusione
delle stazioni Multi operatore sia che si partecipi o no al contest tale
comportamento è passibile di squalifica e/o altri provvedimenti aggiuntivi sia
per la stazione chiamante che per quella messa a Log.
7.
È
considerato Anti Etico il rifiuto di
collegamento con un o più partecipanti.
8.
È
Considerato Comportamento Anti Etico
qualsiasi azione scorretta verso i partecipanti al contest.
Contest Locali
1.
I Contest a carattere locale dovrebbero in linea di massima attenersi alle
regole sopra elencate, questo per una omogeneità nelle manifestazioni.
Controversie
1. Eventuali controversie saranno risolte
in via amichevole dal Presidente e da almeno due Vicepresidenti, che sentito il
contest manager ed il richiedente, prenderanno una decisione in merito. Tale
decisione sarà inappellabile e definitiva.

I codici d’errore saranno applicati secondo i vari contest.
In caso di errori con più di una azione possibile, verrà applicata quella
più attinente. E’ possibile applicare l’annullamento Singolo per un concorrente
e l’annullamento Log per l’altro concorrente.
Nuovi codici d’errore potranno essere
inseriti a secondo delle necessita nel controllo dei collegamenti e del contest
interessato.
AT Contests –
General Rules

Contacts - Validity
1.
To be valid, the contacts must contain at least the
two progressive numbers (given and received), the full callsign
of contacted station and the operator’s name.
2.
The first progressive number given must always start
with 1 (one) and continue progressively without jumps, dupes and/or
slashed numbers, such as 22/bis, 22/ and so on.
3.
Will be considered valid the contacts with AT and
non-AT stations, in according to the specific contest rules, only if is
possible to cross-check both radio contact data. This means that, if we have a
contact with a station that doesn’t send its log, the radio contact will be
deleted and won’t be considered for the final result. It is not possible archive controls on possible QSL to
confirm the contact carried out during the Contest. Therefore, eventual confirmed QSOs with Qsl but in
absence of the corresponding log will be canceled.
4.
If a contact is deleted to a station, it is also
deleted to the contacted station.
5.
The stations can be contacted only once per any contest,
unless exceptions are introduced to the rules of that specific contest.
6.
The log for the contest (including the paper version)
must be completed by the applicant.
7.
The contact can not be
confirmed by others (eg QSL Man).
8.
In every contest the contacts with SES, Dx-peditions or any other kind of activation are not
valid.
9.
To be valid, each contact must be written down into an
Alfa Tango official log sheet or typed into the AT software contest. Other
ways won’t be considered, unless the exception is agreed in advance and
with a validity just for that specific contest.
10. Is allowed, during the contest, to contact again a station on the
same frequency in order to correct and/or confirm a previous radio
contact.
11. Is strictly forbidden, except the exception of paragraph 10, ask the
corresponding confirmations by other ways like e-mails, Skype and so on,
either during the contest than during the period of sending logs. This
behavior is NOT ETHIC and in addition to disqualification may imply a
disciplinary action.
12. It is
strictly forbidden, the autospotting on Cluster or
other means of communication such as Forum, Facebook, YouTube, various Chat,
etc. etc. This anti-ethical behavior can lead to exclusion from the final
classification.
13. It is strictly forbidden to disqualify publish on Cluster, Facebook,
YouTube, Forum, Chat Miscellaneous etc. etc. data related to the QSO carried
out as the Progressive, also masked in various ways, the published and proven
contacts will be canceled.
14. The use of remotely controlled equipment of any kind is prohibited, as is
the prohibition of the use of both receiving or transmitting Web stations.
Non-compliance leads to the disqualification and cancellation of all QSOs.
15. It is possible to blast the connected station without communicating the QSO
details.
.Log
1.
Logs with only one contact are valid.
2.
The paper logs must always be written using the AT
official sheets, in according to the contest to which they refer. The logs
not comply will be excluded by the final results and all contacts canceled.
The logs must be in DOC format and not as image format, even if the image is
pasted or inserted into a document.
3.
The logs manually compiled must be easily readable and
the erasures not covering what is written. The illegible logs will be disqualified.
4.
The electronics log are accepted only if they are
realized by using the specific software of the contest to which they
refer.
5.
The logs must be sent within the period defined by the
rules of the contest, anyway not over 30 days after the end of that. The
contest manager has the faculty to accept logs received after that date and, if
possible, put them in the final results.
6.
The confirmation of reception is shown by the
publication of received logs on these web sites: www.alfatango.org, www.athq.it and www.1at06.it. If the log doesn’t appear in a very few days, it
means the log hasn’t been received or there are other problems. The contest manager
is not obliged to confirm the reception of the logs in other ways.
7.
The manual alteration of the log after the end of the
contest involves the invalidation of the log and the exclusion in the final
results.
8.
If a log is canceled, all contacts will be also
canceled to the corresponding.
9. It is forbidden to publish your own or someone else's log before of 15 days
of the date of sending logs to the contest manager. The transgression of
this rule involves the disqualification and cancellation of all contacts.
10. Logs
received after the established period and before the writing of the rankings, CheckLog will be considered and placed at the last place
Points
1.
The points for each contact and any bonus and/or award
are set out in the regulation of each Contest.
Final Results
1.
The final results, in according to the type of
contest, will be partially available only after the expiry of the period
for submission of logs. The complete results will be published during the
World Meeting.
2.
The final results will be announced with special
bulletins and/or published on www.alfatango.org and www.athq.it
3.
After the publish of final results won’t be possible
insert logs which for any reason were received late
4.
Changes to the published final results, can be
possible only in case of accepted dispute and/or mistakes in the writing
of the final results.
Prizes & Awards
1.
The prizes are decided for each event and are
considered as part of the Rules of each Contest.
2.
It is faculty of the HQ, in the person of the
President, to change the number of winners and prizes, in according to the
number of participants. For local Contests, which aren’t organized by the
HQ, this faculty is reserved to the manager of the event.
3.
Generally the awards take place during the World
Meeting in Asti.
4.
The prizes not directly collected or collected by
another unit responsible, won’t be send. They will stay available at the
HQ venue. Shipping by postal service is available only with the payment by
the recipient.
5. Electronic certificates of participation might be available, on request,
for some events. This option will be highlighted
in each regulations.
Paper logs,
rules for typing
1.
In case of a double contact with the same station,
must be always deleted the first one.
2.
In case of a double progressive released, both
contacts must be deleted.
3.
In case of a missing progressive (skipped number) must
be inserted a blank line and deleted.
4.
In case of missing progressive received, the contact
must be deleted.
5.
In case of incomplete callsign,
the contact must be deleted.
6.
In the case of an unknown callsign
the contact is inserted with the data provided by the holder of the log. The
validity checking of the contact will be done during the finals results
check.
7.
Contacts with unauthorized stations will be deleted.
Anti Ethical Behaviors
In addition to those already mentioned that we repeat here, the following
situations are considered non-congruous or anti-ethical behavior
1. Autospotting on Clusters
or other means of communication such as Forums, Facebook, YouTube, various
chats, etc. is strictly prohibited. etc. This unethical behavior can lead to
exclusion from the final ranking.
2. It is
strictly forbidden, with the exception of Connections

disqualification and cancellation of all QSOs.
5. The direct
passage of the microphone in the situation of two operators with the same radio
is considered Anti Ethical. In this case, in order not to incur anti-ethical
behavior, operator A ends the Qso and closes the transmission, operator B calls
in turn to make the connection
6. It is
considered highly unethical to call and log connections to another station,
with the exception of Multi Operator stations whether or not you participate in
the contest, this behavior is subject to disqualification and / or other
additional measures both for the calling station and for that put to Log.
7. The refusal
to connect with one or more participants is considered Anti-Ethical.
8. Any unfair
action towards contestants is considered to be an unethical behavior.
Local contest
1.
The local contests should be follow the rules above,
for evenness in the contests.
Disputes
1.
Any disputes will be friendly solved by the President
and at least two Vice-Presidents, who after listening the contest manager and
the applicant, will take a decision. This decision will be final and
conclusive.

The error codes will be
applied in according to the different contests.
In case of errors with more than one possible action,
will be applied the most relevant.
It is possible to apply the single deleting for a
competitor and the log deleting for the other competitor.
New error codes may be entered in according to the
needs for the contacts checking and for the contest interested.
